Privacy overview
Route data belongs in the driver’s account, not on display.
Effective 9 September 2026.
Information RoutePilot stores
When cloud features are used, RoutePilot may store account profile details, organization membership, device identifiers, saved customers, workdays, route groups, delivery stops, delivery status events, route plans, preferences, and synchronization records.
Why it is stored
The information supports sign-in, restoring routes, syncing progress, showing closed workday history, enforcing plan limits, and helping the driver reuse saved customer details.
Access boundaries
Database row-level security separates organizations and drivers. The public browser roles cannot call RoutePilot’s privileged administrator functions. The administrator control center is designed around accounts, plans, access, and system operations rather than exposing raw customer routes or live driver locations.
Service providers
RoutePilot relies on infrastructure and authentication providers to host the application, deliver account emails, and securely store synced information. Google receives information only when you choose Google authentication, subject to Google’s own privacy terms.
Retention and deletion
Route and account information is kept while it is needed to provide RoutePilot and maintain your account. You can request account or cloud-data deletion using the contact address below. Some limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Your responsibility
Only enter customer information needed for delivery work. Do not place passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, or unrelated sensitive information in notes.
